Hello! My name is Meet and I love bringing next-gen products to life. I am a Computational Science undergrad from DA-IICT and I've worked with a variety of orgs and tech-stacks.
During my undergrad, I've won a few hackathons, built a few products, and contributed to open-source.
Fast-forward to today, and I’ve had the privilege of working at Percona, via Google Summer of Code, a large corporation Goldman Sachs, and an early-stage startup Locale.ai. My main focus these days is building employee experience management platform at Lyearn for enterprises.

Where I’ve Worked
Software Engineer 2 @ Lyearn
June 2022 - Present
- Worked in the backend team to design and develop backend systems as well as data models for new product modules
- Owned multiple microservices and kafka-consumers, optimised query times down to sub-50ms p99 latencies; reduced memory-footprint in microservices using PProf flamegraphs
- Built infra to optimise redundant stream-events processing resulting in >80% reduction in compute-heavy kafka-consumers
- Performed large database migrations; GraphQL queries migration from Node.js to Golang via Federated GraphQL architecture;

For a large scale open-source competition like Semester Long Projects, we needed automated scoring and leaderboard to update scores as soon as a contributor's PR is merged. Authorization support included to only allow admins to comment on PR and increase score.

Automating Percona Monitoring and Management with various databases using scripts, Vagrant etc. Additionally, a CLI tool made with NodeJS to make this user-friendly and quick-to-setup.
Agrivate - Farming as a Service
Bootstrapped Django/React full-stack inventory management platform on AWS from scratch for Farming as a Service startup.
Scraper - GSoC Orgs Frequency
Python scraper scripts to automate gathering data for past frequency of selected organizations for Google Summer of Code program.
Intranet Sync
Multi-threaded script to sync directories from DAIICT University Intranet to local directory.
Velocity
Client side (in-browser) code execution for code snippets in programming courses with collaboration via WebRTC voice chat and a collaborative editor. Won first prize at Hackout 2021 hackathon.
